RMG Training Management serves as the office responsible for Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) professional and technical development. Duties include training consultant to all unit and base training managers, Base IMA Administrators (BIMAA), and IMA program managers, to analyze and determine if quality training programs are in effect throughout the IMA program. This section also procures and manages formal school professional and technical training quotas for all IMAs. |
