Skill Level Waiver Procedures
The IMA Classification and Training Waiver Guide is now included in AFRCI 36-2203, Chapter 10.

**NOTE: Waiver packages that do not comply with the instructions will be returned without action.**

Routing Procedures for Training Waivers are as follows:

1. IMA, with assistance from the unit training manager, creates the waiver package using the guidance in AFRCI 36-2203, then forwards to the IMA program manager via e-mail.

2. Program manager reviews the package for completeness.

3. If approved, program manager includes endorsement letter in the package and forwards to HQ RMG/DPMT Military Training Section via e-mail rmg.dpmt@us.af.mil.

4. HQ RMG/DPMT reviews the package for completeness.

5. HQ RMG/DPMT forwards package to AFRC/A1TS.

6. AFRC/A1TS forwards package to AFRC functional manager for approval/disapproval.

7. AFRC/A1TS will notify HQ RMG/DPMT of functional manager decision.

8. HQ RMG/DPMT will notify program manager of functional managers decision and update MILPDS accordingly.
