CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT JAMES R. PASCARELLA

Chief Master Sergeant James R Pascarella is the Superintendent of the Readiness Management Group, Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. He advises the commander on matters influencing health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 9,000 individual reservists and 170 full-time support enlisted members stationed around the globe. He serves as the commander's representative on numerous committees, councils, boards and military functions. He is the sole representative to the AFRC Command Chief on all IMA enlisted matters.

Chief Pascarella hails from Belle Vernon, Pa. He entered the Air Force in November 1982 and was assigned to the 554th Combat Support Group, Consolidated Base Personnel Office, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. In May 1990, Chief Pascarella separated from active duty and enlisted in the Air Force Reserve with the 94th Mission Support Squadron, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. Chief Pascarella was assigned to HQ AFRC, Personnel Directorate, in September 2000 and assumed his present position in August 2011.
