Colonel Jeffrey P. Wilcox currently serves as Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. He received his commission after graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy in May 1983. During his five years of active duty naval service, he qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer and Officer of the Deck underway, made two Mediterranean Sea deployments and participated in numerous naval exercises in the North Atlantic and Caribbean areas of operation. From 1988 to 1992, he served as a traditional reservist assigned to naval Surface Warfare units in both Madison and Milwaukee, Wis. After returning to active duty in 1992, he served in various Air Force judge advocate positions to include tours as Staff Judge Advocate at Vance AFB, Okla., Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, 13th Air Force, Hickam AFB, Hawaii, and in the Administrative Law Division of the Office of the Judge Advocate General. Most recently, he served as Staff Judge Advocate, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga.
