Mission Support Group leadership visit Civil Rights battlefield
Members of the 403rd Mission Support Group leadership participated in a non-traditional staff ride, which involves walking a battlefield, only in this case the battle that was fought was the Civil Rights Movement for African Americans in Montgomery, Alabama. The staff ride was intended to provide the leadership team with a better posture in order to have the tough conversations with their Airmen when it comes time to discuss diversity and inclusion and why it plays a vital role in combat readiness.
