Patriot Warrior prepares firefighters for critical combat role
Reserve Citizen Airman firefighters trained in the Fire Flash II trainer an enclosed trailer complete with a mock sofa and kitchen during the Patriot Warrior exercise based at Dobbins Reserve Air Base throughout the month of August 2018. The trailer provides the trainers the opportunity to test the firefighters’ skills in responding to fire that flashes behind them or rolling over their heads. The Patriot Warrior exercise supports the Air Force Reserve guiding and foundational principles of preserving, building and shaping a combat ready, cost effective, experienced and sustainable professional military force.
