For the 15th consecutive year, Air Force Reserve Command Recruiting Service has met the command’s accession goal.

Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, AFRC commander, sent a congratulatory message to recruiters praising them for meeting their fiscal year 2015 goal.

“Thank you for your outstanding efforts in achieving the FY15 command goal of 8,000 plus accessions,” Jackson said. “Additionally, congratulations on meeting/exceeding the command goal for 15 years straight! Such incredible mission success is a direct result of your excellence and dedication to duty.”

For FY15, Reserve recruiters not only reached their goal but surpassed it, ending the year with 8,105 accessions equating to 101.3 percent of the goal.

With that recruiting goal attained and in the books, the first official accession for FY16 was Senior Airman Jurdane Benoit. Her recruiter is Master Sgt. Tiffany Grullon, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in-service recruiter. Benoit was one of 111 accessions on Oct. 1.

“Senior Airman Benoit got exactly what she wanted and the 302nd Command Post, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, has gained a fully qualified member, which made them very excited,” Grullon said. “I am grateful that ‘Team Pete’ was able to represent the Central Recruiting Squadron in the first contribution to what will become a very successful year for us.”
