Civilian training resources now on milSuite Published Jan. 14, 2021 JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas – Department of the Air Force civilian employees now have an easy way to access tools to assist in their development. The Air Education and Training Command Civilian Force Development Division recently launched a new MilSuite page, which provides access to a variety of information and links to assist in civilian force development. “This new capability will strengthen the force development lines of communications with our civilian community enterprise-wide and force development partners to develop our future leaders,” said Robert Fishback, civilian force development specialist. “This is an excellent platform, regardless of grade, and we are excited to provide it to the Air Force civilian workforce.” In addition to training information, the milBook page incorporates a search function and the ability to reach AETC/A1DF with questions. It also features discussion and blogs, which members can participate in. The HQ AETC Civilian Force Development milBook page can be found at https://www.milsuite.mil/book/groups/hq-aetc-civilian-force-development. In the right-hand corner of the Title block, select “Join Group”. When you join the group page, you will receive e-mail notifications when new information is posted. A1’s goal is to provide direction for Department of the Air Force civilian Airmen in order to enable our civilian force to best accomplish their mission of supporting America’s Air Force.
